Barn Door Barre classes promote body awareness, mindful movement and meaningful connections. Every small group, private and semi private class is designed to improve:

  • functional strength

  • mobility

  • flexibility

  • posture 

  • coordination

  • balance

  • mindfulness

 

Drawn from the disciplines of yoga, Pilates, ballet and physical therapy, our classes are non-impact. Each exercise and exercise phrase efficiently builds strength, increases flexibility, improves mobility and promotes postural alignment while being easy on joints and tendons. Clients leave class feeling energized, strong, flexible and present.
